At Flagman of America, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and packaging; please note that custom-made flags and personalized items are non-returnable.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it to our designated returns facility using a traceable carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange within 5-7 business days.
